My husband and I live at Bayside Terrace Apartments, a 55+ Community in San Pedro. Our on-site Manager Samantha, and our Maintenance Supervisor, Javier are amazing!!! They are professional, personable, and they go above and beyond to care for the apartment complex. We have seen such a positive change in Bayside Terrace since Samantha has taken over! Great property advisor Team communication Excellent
My partner and I moved into our apartment a few weeks ago. We were assured that our unit would be coming with an Off Street parking space. It was in their posted advertisement, and then the person who showed us the unit reassured us that there was parking for us. When we were in communications to get our keys, we were instructed to ask the maintenance guy about which parking space was ours. Amira (property manager/mash cole property management ) was ABSOLUTELY amazing with my application and move in process. She made everything so seamless I was even able to change floor plans and she made it happen. The property is secure,central and beautiful. Everyone here is polite. Parking is covered and great.
