Booked appt online for 10:30. Wanna seen until 11:30. Was told only one nurse and one provider on staff. Multiple people walked in for appt but were told have to book online and very behind so they walked out. So many people needing help that couldn’t get it. Do better. Even with a call off should have more than one provider or why bother opening. And don’t take online appointments you have to wait over an hour for

Absolutely unacceptable experience at WellNow Urgent Care. The front desk employee—who claimed to be the “manager”—was rude, dismissive, and had a nasty, snappy attitude from the start. I asked for something simple and medically important: a refill of just two pills for a dog bite prescription.
