Very friendly staff got me in and out
The staff was so amazing so caring
We are from out of town and needed immediate care. While there was an hour wait, we were seen immediately and sent to a local hospital within 10 minutes of arriving at WellNow. From the front desk staff, to the nurses and doctor on call, everyone was helpful, extremely kind and caring. It was very much appreciated, especially since we are not familiar with the area. Thank you very much to ALL of the staff for helping us through a scary moment. (Amherst, NY location)
Shaunte and Ondrea were amazing at the front desk! So kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the nurses name, but she was professional and kind as well. Jessica Blanar was thorough, and knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I am visiting from another state, the last thing I wanted was to visit the clinic. Cannot say enough good about my encounter.
Where do I start? Our visit was a 10/10. Mom is in town visiting, wasn’t feeling the best so made a last minute appt at this location. We were greeted with open arms by Shante and Andrea. Unbelievable service, comforting, kind and overall helpful humans! They made sure we were reassured we’d be seen shortly and would be taken care of during our time there. They did not lie!!
