Don't waste your time. Waited 45 mins then found out they don't have a Dr there. It is telehealth only. They should have that posted on the door if they are doing that. I could have done that from home.
just bad. bad over the phone. rude receptionist in person and over the phone . called 4 times and counting to speak with someone .
Loved the prompt attention and care that I received when my own care provider was not available to see me. I will definitely recommend to anyone that is seeking immediate medical attention to go to a WellNow clinic.
Should be a 5 star for the medical staff. The folks answering the phone could be a lot better. First time, transferred to non working number. Second time, person could not even spell the simplest of words. Call took far too long.
