The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful and my nurse who did the physical was very timely and made the process of waiting very smooth and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend this one, staff was phenomenal.
I visited Well Now because I thought my hand was broken. I was impressed from when i first arrived. The waiting room was clean and the receptionist was very welcoming making sure I was ok. Once I was taken back to the room an attendant came in and took my vitals followed by the doctor checking my hand. Then the X-ray technician was also very nice. The doctor came back in and gave me the good news that nothing was broken. I hat a relief and it was nice to go to a place that takes such great care of their patients.
My daughter needed last minute testing for her workplace and Well Now in the DENT tower got us in and out as fast as possible. Melissa Young was very attentive, caring and helpful in a process that was very frustrating due to outside complications. I would highly recommend this Well Now.
I found the staff very friendly, efficient and professional. The visit moved along without any significant time.
