RecommendedWhen I had to make the painful decision to put my sweet senior cat down due to declining health from age, I was comforted by Dr Caspersen and her assistant who sat and cried beside me. I was truly touched by their compassion- it was clear to see how much love they have for animals as the process was just as emotionally painful for them as it was me. They made the whole process incredibly respectful. Thank you for providing me so much comfort when I needed it the most.
During my visit staff was very friendly and willing to help. All my questions were answered and recommendations were provided. When I called back couple days later to follow up on blood test and was willing to talk to the doctor, I was told that doctor may call me back later, but never did.
Dr Washington amazed us by getting to the root of a very complex set of symptoms in my cat. Two other vets had no idea what to do for her (including an integrative one), despite a lot of lab work. I really thought my cat was going to die, but she's thriving, happy, and getting better in every way now! Thank you MASH! <3
Dr. Kirton has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced with a vet. Her caring demeanor, extensive knowledge, and thorough explanations easily establish trust with your pet's care. The technicians, assistants, and front desk staff are equally as pleasant and helpful during visits. I truly appreciate MASH's integrative approach highly recommend them to any pet owner.
