I would consider myself an educated consumer. Although I did not purchase a car from this dealer. They were all extremely professional and courteous to my needs and wants. Best car buying and dealership experience I’ve ever had. Customer service was next level. Vinnie, Talih and Amad were really stand up guys and made the experience truly amazing. I bought a preowned vehicle and later noticed a crack in the windshield. They took care of it without any hesitation. I wish more dealerships had this same level of service and standard.
I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership’s service department. Alex, the service writer, did not seem to fully understand the issues with my Maserati Ghibli. After multiple visits and what felt like unnecessary services, the final explanation I received was essentially, “as the car ages, this is just how it is.” That’s a pretty concerning statement, as it implies that once out of warranty, these vehicles can’t be brought back to proper factory performance.
