We thought we'd hit the jackpot on a used vehicle here and things seemed great until they weren't. The radio didn't work and they agreed to replace it with an aftermarket radio since replacing an entire system in a Volkswagen is apparently very expensive. We bought the vehicle in April and still don't have a radio. It's like pulling teeth to get anyone to return a call even after the business manager gave his personal cell and promised to take care of it. Excellent and attentive staff.
Drove 2 hrs for a trk that just was inspected. Found oil leaks transmission issues engine misfires brakes holding and burning and responding timing was terrible
