Suzan, my service rep, made my experience very pleasant. I was anticipating a runaround, but she was very straightforward and quoted me a very good price for the repair. Repair was done as promised, and my car is driving beautifully.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. First I have dropped my car off twice and picked it up twice and no one wears a mask at this dealership, at least no one I interfaced with and that was 3 different people including the receptionist. I had my 2017 Giulia to them twice for warranty service. The first time they fixed nothing, tried charging me for 2 hours of service to diagnose a loose panel underneath the car and were only interested in selling me over priced tires and it costs me $300 for basically an oil change I could hav... read more
