I initially left a positive review based on my in-store experience, but unfortunately, my full experience has been very disappointing. After purchasing the vehicle, I encountered serious mechanical issues (engine overheating, TPMS warning) immediately upon delivery. Despite multiple attempts to contact the dealership, I’ve received no response from the sales or service departments. I can no longer recommend this dealership based on how this situation has been handled.
Update!!- Although we had a great sales experience, I'm dropping the rating as we have been unable to get a response for servicing our Giulia. We have left several messages over the course of the past few weeks, and still No one has had the courtesy to respond. I even went as far as to look up the responses to negative reviews to get the email of the owner, sent an email and still no response. I can no longer recommend this location. Delt with Ricardo and Luis very good people, they were very helpful and patient with me through my process . I would recommend you ask for them they are very good at what they do !
Antawn was phenomenal over delivered in my eyes told him what I I wanted and came in and test drove three different models and signed very amazing experience would highly recommend anything for your card needs come and see Antawn and Maserati of Monmouth George is the financing guru at what he does excellent service
Difficult to get help at first but then went started they stream line the process and help you out well.
