I had my new vehicle serviced it came with a surprise for alignment, this is a one year old car. The worst was the delivery, they offered to bring me my vehicle. They did not bring it in a flat bed, as they always do. They subcontracted a third party, and drove my vehicle from Ft Lauderdale to Palm Beach without my acknowledgment. It came dirty with a gum stuck on the carpet of the floor, and no fuel. This could be verified by the pictures the dealer takes when I dropped off my car. This is truly, unacceptable.
