Your service the day we were there was fine but we had to order a small part and now we’ve never heard back from you. Also, someone was going to give us a price to buy our car but that never happened either.
Disappointed in how the car was returned to me. They must've done something in the trunk with the battery. The plastic housing of the battery was loose. The two covers were loose and the screws were missing. I paid over $13,000 for this service. I would've assumed somebody would've checked the trunk before the car was returned.
