I choose to continue to take my car to the Naples Maserati, even after moving from Naples as I love the service I get. Recently picked up my car to find out my service advisor Sergio had been Hospitalized the day my was was dropped off but I never knew that as he never stopped texting me with updates and also to informe me when my car was ready. This to me was a reminder of how much he cares for his customers and why customers as myself choose to take my car to Naples.
Chris has also been very responsive and fair with the pricing. This is now my 5th vehicle with him thank you Chris Prince
