They do very good when it comes to doing the service, however when we bought the vehicle they offered us ding doctor as a very outstanding service if we ever had any scratches. I have tried to get the service WE PAYED FOR and can never get it. They have had my car for 10 days now, i call today to check on the status and David from the service department informed me that he is still waiting for the ding doctor to respond !. RecommendedAbsolutely recommend this dealership however they need to get more Maserati loaner vehicles for their Maserati customers! You buy a Hundred thousand dollar luxury vehicle that is what you expect to drive as a loaner. CJ is absolutely phenomenal in sales and Marcus in service is honorable and does what he can to make his customer happy and satisfied with their experience.
BUY BEWARE - Do not trust quality or ethical standards. I almost made the mistake of purchasing a CERTIFIED pre-owned Maserati from Jeffrey ******* at this Dealership. I was told the car was in perfect condition, but to be safe and especially out of state, I had a 3rd party inspector review the car and provide me pictures of the quality.
