The service team at Maserati are the best. It’ll waste your time, they don’t give you nonsense. And they take care of you the first time. It’s an actual mutual respect, communication.
What a disappointment! I am regretting buying this car. Oil change and one filter cost $801. Not only that the wait is unbearable, 3 hours in dirty uncomfortable waiting room, no working tv, dirty couter and used coffee cups in the coffee maker. The staff and mechanics use the same space for their coffee break. The bathroom stalls have broken latches, smell and the desk of the service person is so disorganized and unpleasant to even look at.
