Bought a Maserati, for an appointment for oil change is 3 months. For a new battery it’s three weeks. You’re lucky when they even answer the phone. I have never experience this bad of service with any other automobile. But the salesman are very nice and will jump to selling you a new one.
Paolo and the team were nothing short of amazing.... They were friendly, worked with my schedule and threw in some extras on a vehicle I purchased from them (which they didn't have to do).
