Horrible place to take your car!! My check engine light came on & long story short..I needed a new battery,cool no problem..While inspecting my car they noticed something on my radiator..I was told to keep an eye on bc it was no big deal..Here's the problem..They never put the coolant caps back on the reservoir which caused my car to start overheating!! I purchased a used Bentley from this dealership and the experience has been by far the worst buying experience.. The rear tv’s never worked we were told that we needed a remote in order for them to come on ,so we ordered a remote and still the tv’s never worked …made an additional trip back to the dealership only to be told that the car is sold as is and told that we would have to pay for the repairs of the tvs ..then there was a issue with the brakes took the vehicle back to the dealership again to have it checked out and w... read more
After the GM (Matt Frazier) left the Maserati dealership in Middleburg Heights it was ALL downhill from there. I have been a customer of Porsche, Mercedes, and BMW. The experience at Maserati has been SO underwhelming it was as if I was a customer driving a Nissan Versa. Until today….the NEW GM (Amer Alabsi) went above and beyond to make our experience right and I feel confident that he will continuously make this happen for us. The most pathetic service department I’ve ever encountered. Twice I’ve left messages trying to make an appointment for my vehicle. Shameful not only for the Maserati brand, but for your customer service in general and caring for your fellow man.
