Boch Exotics, lost there Maserati relationship. They cannot do Maserati warranty, recalls, or software updates. They can do a $700 oil change. The need to improve their communications though. If they need an extra day for an oil change they should be proactively calling their customers. It should take me calling 2x only to find out at the end of the day. Other than that all is good.
Boch Maserati is permanently closed and no longer selling new Maseratis or providing Maserati-official service. As such, they are unable to do warranty work that Maserati will cover. They have been converted to “Boch Exotics“ per the signage on the building. Herb Chambers Maserati also closed their locations. There are now only two Maserati dealerships in New England - Boston Motorsports and Valenti in Hartford.
Bill is a very great person, very knowledgeable service advisor . Ive never worked with a service advisor with this kind of humor my whole life in USA . He controls the situation even when under pressure l. I've gotten my cars fixed here all the time and regardless if its just consultation or anything, he never gets tired l. Very great place.
