I purchased a 2020 Ghibli from out of state with the option to have it certified for an additional $5000. After finalizing the paperwork, I never heard back from the dealership about making arrangements for insurance nor having the vehicle shipped. Excellent service and accommodating. Was highly interested in this vehicle but price wasn’t advertised and looked at another. Would purchase from them and recommend them.
They called me right away, and sent additional pictures within 15 minutes and followed up with a second phone call. They were upfront with their high doc fee when asked. Stated they had some wiggle room on their asking price. Overall positive experience.

Worst dealership ever. If you want to experience bait and switch come to this place. I emailed interest in 2 cars earlier in the week. The marketing person was responsive and made an appt. I was running late and texted her and again she was responsive. When I arrive no car to be seen - apparently sold already. The 2nd car I wanted to see seat is broken and no gas cover and damage throughout the car.
