Brian Maser, lead broker/owner of the Condo Experts, was the listing agent for a home we recently purchased. He not only verbally abused our agent but did not follow through on some of the items we asked them to take care of prior to taking possession. These were good faith items like making sure the place was cleared of any trash and removing furniture we did not want left over from the sellers. Brian and his team are wonderful to work with. First, let's say the obvious part: these guys are condo experts. They get the market -- the good, bad and ugly -- better than anyone. And though they clearly have the experience and research to back up their assertions, they still listened to us earnestly and compassionately. Great Experience with The Condo Experts. I've owned apartment buildings and have worked with many agents and been through many transactions. This sale was of a TIC in a 3 unit building. Brian and his team were really extraordinary. I couldn't be happier. He is well supported and everyone was spot on with their position in facilitating the showings, sale and close.

Fantastic experience with Brian and his entire team selling my condo in Ocean Park!
