There is now a $10 service fee for shopping at Chewy...I’m not against this and I understand the reasoning. However, the reason I don’t get my dogs meds from them is because last time the package only had 3 months instead of 6...also, every appointment I have ever had I have had to wait over 30 minutes for...and the customer service is poor. I would not recommend them to anyone and will no longer be using their services.

I took my baby Samson in for shots and ear cleaning,dewormed yesterday.He was healthy when he went in and came home very sick. They were very rough with him. I called them to tell them he was ill and she said she shouldn't have given him both shots at once. I couldn't pick him up because he was growling and crying which he had never done in the 8yrs of his life.If he dosen't recover there will be a lawsuit. Don't take a chance with your babies. The vet that cared for our dog was very professional. Whoever answers the phone is incompetent or at the very least does not pay attention. 2 simple questions that should have taken less than 90 sec to resolve became a grueling 7+ minute ordeal. Why would this person ever say "i dont know" instead of "let me find out"? Was she left alone for the afternoon?!? Pro tip: your fax number and your phone number are NOT the same!!!

Visited Mascoutah Animal Clinic for my dog to be treated for the first time. The staff service was amazing, The Vet was super informative, patient and treated my dog's condition so accurately I'm impressed!!! Clustered seizures are gone and Maximus is on track for recovery! I'm extremely happy and thankful!!!
