This is the 2nd 4Cyte pathology that I have been to today that is not open. And you can't ring anybody to find out if they are open or opening later or not going to open at all today. One nurse couldn't get into the Rosebery office because the lock was broken and couldn't contact any manager to get any help. The Mascot 4cyte is just not open at all, but on their website they say they are. 4 Cyte is Badly managed. 4 Cyte have no foresight.
Closed due to "bad weather" (forecasts have clear skies for the entire day). We turned up to do our international travel test, with a few hours left until the listed close time on the website. We arrived, to find a big sign on the gate "closed due to bad weather". This is very disappointing, as there was no indication of this on the website, and no bad weather in site. Terrible service. 0 stars.
Got tested yesterday Was in and out in half hour and recieved my results 36 hours later.
Slowest most disorganised testing clinic I’ve ever experienced. Staff standing around talking with no urgency or even communication to cars in the line why they are proceeding despite being opened for 45 mins!!!! Heffron and Chifley teams even with being understaffed are way ahead of this group and do their job so well to keep their queues moving. Has anyone explained to the Baxter Road staff why they are here?????? Will never rate this testing site other than testing my patients.Seriously a waste of tax payers money being s... read more
