They changed the deal and proposed a higher price for the purchases, which was unacceptable considering we had a signed agreement with a deposit that was waiting to be countersigned by them. Regarding Mascot Builders development of Creeks Edge along Four Mile Creek in Webster. This developer does not care anything about the environment. Four Mile Creek was a beautiful place where one could step into a private sanctuary and enjoy the peaceful environment. The salmon came up the creek in the fall. Lots of wild animals used the creek as their habitat all year round. But thanks to this builder, that has been destroyed.
