I dropped a car that had some difficult issues with parts to these guys who said they could complete the job. At the start it's all nice and respectful, but the communication is beyond poor and deserving of the rating. Even to the point I had to go and collect the car with a newborn in tow because they'd keep hanging up on me anytime I wanted more context of the issues and time to complete and I didn't know when the job would be done let alone worked on. Quick, friendly service. Great communication and quality work.
This place may not have shiny bells and whistles or a red carpet customer service but they fixed a major electrical issue on my car when no other auto electrical mechanic could. They did a great job for a great price. They took my car in that day when others were suggesting I couldn’t book in for two weeks (another local Botany mechanic). Highly recommend.
