Rip off merchant! We know Vince and Pattie well and thought he would look after us - what a misjudgement that was. We are selling our Tribeca and wanted to fix a cosmetic problem with the aircon lights not working and the aircon was fine. And wanted a headlight replaced. After replacing our console panel that looked fine with a second hand part that was scratched and was absolutely filthy. I let Vince know and he said drop it and and we will have a look. Have taken my car there multiple times concerning uneven headlights. After paying took it back and now refusing to repair ! Off to fair trading .
