Surgeon Plumbing charged $ 4280.00 to replace a frozen pipe. When I called they told me it was a free estimate. After they got there, they demanded $428.00 for checking the pipe. They took apart everything and gave me an estimate of additional $3852.00 to put back everything. They told me fire dept will be dispatched if I don't fix the problem. What a con artist. Their license should be revoked for cheating customers on an emergency situation. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!

I am a volunteer with my local American Legion. Masco AKA Surgeon Plumbing charged $850 to one of our World War II vets, who is 98 years old, to replace the kitchen faucet and snake the drain. I’m disgusted to think what person could take advantage of an elderly person like this. This business should be ashamed of themselves!!!

I called them on a Sunday for emergency services on a broken A/C unit. They spent about 1 hour, said it would cool again, and charged me $1,487 cash... An hour later, the unit was still not working. I called for a refund. They said they would call back but never did. I called back and the phone continues to ring off the hook. I texted, they viewed texts, but never responded. Total criminals. I had to call another contractor who repaired for $300. Scam company. Don't use, will be suing them.

Very good customer service. Sam and mike very respectfull. They made sure everything is working before they left my house and cleaned up like they were never there working. I sure will give them a call next time!
