Booked online and Carter was here quickly. He diagnosed the problem, and when the part came in Matthew fixed it promptly. I am very pleased with my experience with MASCo and highly recommend this company for appliance repair.

FANTASTIC. Prompt reply to my question and unbelievably quick service! Sent Service Tech Carter to the rescue. We were totally blown away by his professionalism, courtesy, and personality! Then he fixed the problem in no time!! Smiles and yes M’am. Carter is OUTSTANDING. He’s the guy I want fixing my stuff! Owner Matt Klenk is great too. Made arrangements to squeeze us into his schedule and price was VERY reasonable. Highly recommend. You should schedule a service, just to meet Carter!!!!!

Matthew from MASco was so kind! He quickly diagnosed the problem with my oven *incorrect installation from home depot 🙄* ordered my part, and had it fixed within 2 days! I couldn't be more grateful to have had such quick & efficient service!
