This agent present the seller. They list the house for 850k. We sent in offer 25k over asking price but they never response back on the day they supposed to present all offers to seller. Then the next day, they decided to increase the listing price with the hope to get even higher offer price. While it may not be illegal to do that, it's so unprofessional and unethical. No integrity whatsoever!

After the death of my father, the thought of selling my childhood home seemed overwhelming. With the help of Gary and Garrett it all went very smoothly. They were easy to talk to and were always available when needed. They advised on what repairs needed to be done and recommended contractors in order to sell the house. Garrett went above and beyond in finding our forever home in Orange. This is true from the day we contacted him about our hope to find a home in Orange to the day he handed over the keys (and beyond a bit too)!! He was available for questions, patient while explaining items, went over all documents prior to us signing them and helped us find experts for some repairs. If I could I would give him 6+ stars!!!
