Gary and his office are an amazing organization. I have been dealing with them for years as has my family and friends. They go the extra mile to make sure that the job is done correctly and you can always count on them to give you the best recommendations regarding your property. Buying a home is stressful and complicated. Gary Masciel, an absolute professional, and his associates, made the process less complicated; they were thorough, patient and went above and beyond to get us through a 30 day escrow. Special shout out to associate, Garrett Masciel, who helped quickly resolve several unforeseen issues that came up. I highly recommend Masciel Real Estate company for anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

Not only did they complete the sale in a reasonable timeframe, but they were very willing in helping us with a smooth and efficient transition. This agent present the seller. They list the house for 850k. We sent in offer 25k over asking price but they never response back on the day they supposed to present all offers to seller. Then the next day, they decided to increase the listing price with the hope to get even higher offer price. While it may not be illegal to do that, it's so unprofessional and unethical. No integrity whatsoever!
