I just had my first appointment and Dr.Masci talked to me more than my psychiatrist had cumulatively over the course of ten years. Seriously. I thought every psychiatrist saw you for 30 seconds. This has been a great experience so far and Dr.Masci is clearly doing something he really, really loves doing. He isn’t going to just throw a bunch of pills at you and call it a day. If 0 stars was possible I would give that rating. If you decided to contact this practice be prepared for hours of waiting, a "doctor" who will be happier to talk about his own life and well-being (if you even actually meet with him), and a juggling act of care coordination. After a mess up at a pharmacy I was instructed to contact my prescriber, Jarod Masci. After doing so with no answer for three days I had finally gotten an answer by going straight to the billing department, because not a single person on the medical team... read more

I truly miss Dr. Masci and hope he is doing well! An incredibly caring and helpful person.
My experience has been wonderful with Dr. Masci and his staff. I saw Dr. Masci for the first time in early November 2024. He took all the time that I needed in discussing my issues. He was very kind and compassionate. At his suggestion, I started TMS treatments in mid-November, 2024. I will complete the treatments in a couple of weeks. My experience with his staff has been outstanding. There are 2 receptionists, and 3 TMS technicians. Everyone has been top notch. I have absolutely no complaints.
