I was just at an Austin Properties HOA meeting today where Austin Properties (Angela Connell, VP) told me that I am responsible for repairs to my Centerpoint electric meter outside which cost me $2800. I now need to contact an attorney to interpret the by-laws which I think Austin Properties is misinterpreting. Angela Connell also insists that I submit an ACC for other exterior changes even though no one else in the history of our complex has ever been asked to submit an ACC.
