The reason I gave it a four-star is because it took me four months to get this appointment but once I got in there, it was fast easy and he was a great doctor
He is so kind and professional. Makes you feel comfortable the whole time!
Dr Nagao was very thorough with explaining his procedures and letting me know about what he was doing with me. He had put me at ease though out the process.
Dr. Nagao was very much a caring, soft spoken and an individual who wore his humanitarian efforts on his sleeve. Thank him again for me.
