I bought my dress from a different boutique but Masako Bridal did all my alterations! I can't emphasize enough how incredible this shop was. The staff (especially Olivia) were so friendly and hyped me up so much! Prices were extremely reasonable, honestly too cheap for the quality service they provide, and they turned my dress into exactly what I wanted. I wish I had another formal event to dress up for so that I would get to see Olivia again!

I went to Masako Bridal for my wedding dress alterations and they were the most supportive team I didn’t know I needed or wanted. It was such a smooth process and they were always accommodating. My dress fit me perfectly and I had no concerns whatsoever. Best team ever. Highly recommend!!

I just had my first look appointment and had Olivia helping me. I was very nervous to try on dresses as im not comfortable in my body and dont really know what looks good on me. Olivia was extremely helpful and kind. Customer service was amazing. Can't wait to come in for my second look!

First time wedding dress shopping! Had my first appointment with Rachel and absolutely adored her and the dresses she showed me & my mom. She was very kind, helpful, patient and understanding. Would highly recommend!
