We’ve had a truly frustrating experience with this boutique. My bridesmaid placed her order for a Jenny Yoo dress in October 2024, but it wasn’t until May 2025 — after we repeatedly chased Masako Bridal — that we discovered the boutique had never actually submitted the order, citing a “clerical error.” After we escalated the issue, Jenny Yoo’s team kindly rush-produced and rush-shipped the dress to Masako Bridal, where it arrived on July 24. My fiance and I both found our dresses at Masako Bridal and we cannot recommend them highly enough! Both Rachel and Olivia provided invaluable help in finding the perfect dresses for our event, budget, and style. They were enthusiastic, generous with their time, and wonderful people to work with. I cannot rave enough about the services here. I bought a dress on the mainland and this shop was the only shop who would work with me. Rachel went above and beyond to do her job and help me alter my dress and make my dreams into a reality. She was so kind, helpful, and overall just very knowledgeable in this area. Words can not describe how amazing Olivia is. She is so kind and caring and so knowledgeable in wedding dresses. She is a great listener and very attentive to the bride and her wishes. She has a great variety of dress within an amazing price range.
