I went to Masako for my wedding dress alterations and they were incredible! The fabric of my dress was different and some places told me they wouldn't alter it. Masako was able to do it with no fuss! All the gals there were kind, patient and so very helpful! Highly recommend!

I had an appt with Olivia at Masako. This was my fourth dress appt on island. It was hands down my best so far. Olivia is so knowledgeable, is not pushy, and is genuinely rooting for every bride to find their perfect dress, wherever that may be. She honestly explained so many different aspects to each dress (what I liked/disliked) when I had a hard time explaining myself. From the moment I walked in, Olivia was so welcoming, helpful, and full of light that made me feel so special throughout the entire dress shopping and fitting process. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Masako Bridal, especially Olivia and Rachel. Without going into too much detail, I came in as a very distressed bride after a last-minute dress mishap. I couldn’t find an appointment time online, but when I called, I was immediately able to speak to a real person who kindly moved things around to get me in that very weekend.
