I had been a loyal customer here for a year, with consistently friendly service in the past. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience during one visit where I was spoken to rudely, charged $200 for a diagnostic without receiving a report, and even found my car left unlocked outside. After dropping my car off, I got a call delivered in a rude tone saying extra repairs were needed, far above the original quote, and my car would need to stay for days.
