This is the best agency in the city.
Masada is no longer the best in my opinion. The aides Joanne and Winshell are superb and are such assets to the company. I cannot say enough good things about them! They are knowledgeable, courteous, polite and respectful and have a passion for helping people. They are also empathetic and compassionate. I also want to recognize Leticia for going out of her way for me. I need to unfortunately amend my previous review. Masada is the best Home Healthcare Agency! The aides Enovena, Brigitte and Winshell are superb and are such assets to the company. I cannot say enough good things about them! They are knowledgeable, courteous, polite and respectful and have a passion for helping people. They are also empathetic and compassionate. I also want to recognize Leticia, Anna Fong and all the staff for being so kind and caring. If you are looking for quality care, Masada is number one!

horrible care. very insensitive people. My cousin is taking care of his mother who is very sick and instead of giving him support and understanding the visiting nurse called APS without discussing anything and educating him. My aunt is deteriorating and the hospital is sending her back home since she used all her rehab visits for a year. The visiting nurse from Masada did not want to even get involved in any of the problems. and so is DON. its very sad that the nurses like that work with geriatric comminutes.
