A wonderful and caring organization. The caretakers who have supported my father have been exceptional. Very appreciative of their efforts and support.
This is the best agency in the city.
Masada is no longer the best in my opinion. The aides Joanne and Winshell are superb and are such assets to the company. I cannot say enough good things about them! They are knowledgeable, courteous, polite and respectful and have a passion for helping people. They are also empathetic and compassionate. I also want to recognize Leticia for going out of her way for me. I need to unfortunately amend my previous review.
