I was invited to 1 of their informative luncheons, so signed up. DAY BEFORE- They CANCLLD due to presenter issues. I just recv'd a ph call 1 week later saying "Sorry you weren't able to attend". I was able but THEY cancelled (error #1). Then the gal said, it was canclld due to lack of participants (#2 error as differs from what I was previously told by MASA). Now they want to give me the info directly. SAY WHAT?! Was this a bait & switch to get names & contact info- never was going to be a live presentation & luncheon? I tho... read more
Like others, we thought MASA was "great insurance for peace of mind" while traveling. We filed a claim as instructed by a MASA employee on 3/10/2025. After a long time of submitting a lot of documentation, getting different information from reps, reps not calling back, etc, I finally was able to speak to a rep. and I was told the payout for my claim would be transferred to our back account on 6/10/2025.
