While running fiber lines in my neighborhood in Hutto for BrightSpeed, the installations techs dug thru the pipe that connects my house sewer system to the cities, causing both of the toilets in my house to not flush and breaking the sealant on one of them. The city put us in touch with Mastech, they came out promptly, dug a hole in my front yard, confirmed the damage and said they would be in touch. That was over two weeks ago. Hired them for TV mounting service in brick fireplace. They sent someone who had never mounted a TV before, let alone mounted into brick. They called in a supervisor for backup who then proceeded to get two bolts stuck into the fireplace. Ultimately they were unable to complete the Job. Dishonest service, would not recommend.
