I cannot say enough great things about Mas Plumbing and Tony who came out today to service our tankless water heater. My experience with them was exceptional from the start speaking to the customer service reps to having my questions answered by Tony the technician. Above all, this is a very honest company.
Zach was very knowledgeable and efficient. Very polite and professional. Give him a raise! If we need any plumbing work in the future we will call MAS.
Our plumber Jason was great to work with....he listened to what my objectives were to accomplish with this appointment...and also came up with other thoughts as to how we should proceed. The cost was very fair and competitive with other plumbers in the area...This was first - but not most last - time in using MAS Plumbing. Thank you for great service...
Frank was great! I have never had a bad experience with anyone from MAS Plumbing! They are the best!
Called MAS to help repair a broken hose bib in the backyard. They sent Frank on Monday morning. There was a slight hiccup with scheduling but they were apologetic and made sure he came asap! Frank looked over the damage and offered two options. I chose a bib replacement and he did a great job. Very quick, efficient and answered any questions. If I need anything plumbing related, I’ll go with MAS Plumbing again.
