Great service. I’d always wanted to get my KTM remapped and properly dyno tuned, but there are very few tuners who are both willing and capable of working on these bikes. Mike was professional and handled my KTM 890R in a timely manner. I had a great experience, I’ve seen a couple low reviews complaining about response time and I couldn’t disagree more, I was getting responses within 2 hours every time. I just got the basic dyno and ECU flash and the whole process went smooth. I gave him a heads up I would be dropping the bike off a day before my appointment, and there was absolutely no hassle there I was even greeted by a nice dog. I had my Suzuki GSX-R750 2025 serviced on April 8, 2026. The work included an ECU flash and a catalytic converter delete, with a clamp-installed mid-pipe. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience, especially considering the total cost of $892. For comparison, a friend of mine had a similar service (ECU flash and cat delete) performed on a Kawasaki Z900 last year for approximately $550. Great experience with Mike at MAS. He tuned my 2025 Yamaha Tenere 700 on the dyno and made multiple passes to get it dialed in right. Really appreciated that he let me stay and watch the process while explaining everything—super transparent and knowledgeable. Installed a full exhaust before the tune, and the bike runs noticeably better now. Highly recommend.
If you want to be lied to about the time line of a repair come here. Mike and Allen took from August to December to install 3 clutches. The first two Barnett clutches Mike and Allen installed broke in less than 200km. Then the dealership I asked for help had to order 3rd OEM clutch and show Mike how to put it in. I am riding it now but it feels blocky and not smooth...will probably have to get the clutch changed again at a real motorcycle mechanic shop.
