If you want to be lied to about the time line of a repair come here. Mike and Allen took from August to December to install 3 clutches. The first two Barnett clutches Mike and Allen installed broke in less than 200km. Then the dealership I asked for help had to order 3rd OEM clutch and show Mike how to put it in. I am riding it now but it feels blocky and not smooth...will probably have to get the clutch changed again at a real motorcycle mechanic shop. Last summer my Kawasaki 250f was taken to the shop for oil leak. It took a long time for them to do the fork suspension of the bike. They installed the dyno for the ecu upgrade for more power. I liked that but then they did the service but did not tell me what they would exactly do to my bike. There was no itemized receipt of what they did to the motorbike. They won’t give me anything. Just bad service
Very bad service, bought a flash and a QS, paid full, ECU came back and wont recognise QS, sent back again, returned broken and wont even start the bike, sent a third time months ago, doesn’t answer text or pick up phone since, had to buy another ECU. do not recommend
Best place to bring your bike. Hands down. 10/10
I’ll start with the positive. They did a fantastic job with the valve job. Bike is running great. But it stops there. I originally had booked for a valve service and ECU tune. Figured if it needed both why not just do it at one shop. My original appointment got moved. No worries life happens. So I show up the day before my scheduled appointment AS ASKED to drop off the bike so it can completely cool before work is started.
