As a title agent working closings across Collier and Lee, I see how a lot of brokerages operate from the inside. Marzucco Real Estate is one of the good ones. Their agents come to the table prepared, clean contracts, realistic timelines, and they actually communicate when something changes. They have all been excellent to work with, responsive, know the FAR/BAR and NABOR forms and they don't let issues sit. If you're buying or selling in Naples, these are the people you want representing you.
Evan Kenty and his wife Mariely Kenty were unprofessional and unresponsive. You should not use their services. Evan reached out to me a few months ago and had me sign a contract and pay upfront so he could help me find a new tenant. He and his wife did not perform any of the tasks that they were contractually obligated to do and instead left the entire burden on the current tenant and myself. They are the worst possible. They don’t remove sold homes from MLS leaving new owners being annoyed by others looking to buy. Stay away.
