We had a very frustrating experience with Marzucco office for the property in Bonita Springs, Florida. Finally, had to fire them. We were trying to complain about our unfortunate experiences to Mr. Josh Marzucco but never received a response. Instead, we got involved in a very rude, derogatory, and patronizing attitude by Mr. DeShawn Robinson from the same office. I shall not recommend this office at all! I call to check a new home to get in touch with the listing agent on lehgih acres, and said they don't work on Lehigh Acres, this is ridiculous.
Eugenia Watson Worst realtor ever and a big scammer. Do not sign any documents she gives you! I initially connected with Eugine through Zillow when I was interested in a property she was showing. Before she would allow me to view the property, she insisted that I sign a contract. This contract stated that if I decided to move forward with that specific property, I would have to use her as my realtor. I purchased a home with the help of Jesus Chacon and another realtor back in 2022. The home started having issues in 2024 and Jesus has ignored my calls blocked my number and has not provided any help with helping me resolve these issues. I have spoken to the warranty company they told me to reach the construction company and Jesus has not wanted to provide me that information. Jesus will gladly sell you a home but will not help you after. Please do not work this realtor there are much better ones out there.
Working with Jorvi made our home buying experience as easy as it could be. He is very personable and was with us and supported us every step of the way. He pays attention to detail and extremely easy to get ahold of if we ever needed or had any questions. He is honest with his work and takes pride in what he does. Highly recommend.
