I have been calling for weeks with serious health concerns just for the secretary to immediately put me on hold the moment they answer the phone call, and leave me on hold for the very least 10-15 minutes until I eventually hangup I am typing this write now while on hold, I have left messages with the the websites customer service and voice messages for the doctor with nothing changed and no calls returned, honestly one of the most unprofessional doctors offices I've ever used, I can't believe they are able to keep patients ... read more

DR MARZBAN IS AN AWSOME LISTENER AND PERDONALIZES HIS ADVICE CARFULLY AND SPENDS. TIME TO REALLY GET TO THE ROOT OF THR PROBLEM HE IS EASILY ACCESSABLE AND IS ALWAYS WILLING TO FIT HIS PATIENTS IN ,EVEN AT THE LAST MIN. HIS STAFF IS WARM AND EFFICIENT.

UPDATE - put in for a referral on Tuesday and by following Monday received authorization letter, "Approval". Now doctor cant make me schedule appointment with that referral! That is patient or my responsibility. Prescription modification can be a challenge with third < stage type requiring Office Staff/Doctor join Patient cooperation! They really have an issue with the Dr being on-time, as well as sticking to the scheduled appointments as others here have mentioned. It's pointless to schedule an appointment and be told, that it needs to be changed because the Dr decided to do something else. Save yourself the headache and try somewhere else, unless they take their work more serious, it will not get better.
