This place is a joke and false advertisement. From trying to make you move people into infested roach apartments, stealing tenants money and trying to blame the leasing agent, lying to people about why they are not approved just to steal application fees. False advertising washing machines that don’t work. Building 1275 is collapsing and yet still moving into the building even the own people they hire. This place is a scam. I applied for an apartment and paid my $250 fee holding fee. I end up not moving in and I was told that I would get a refund for my $250. I kept in contact with Keija Jones. She stated in email saying that I will get refunded within 30-60 days and that cooperate will send it. So months have passed and I been reaching out and no answer.
