This place is a scam. I applied for an apartment and paid my $250 fee holding fee. I end up not moving in and I was told that I would get a refund for my $250. I kept in contact with Keija Jones. She stated in email saying that I will get refunded within 30-60 days and that cooperate will send it. So months have passed and I been reaching out and no answer. Current resident. Great encounter with my landlord Asia and there was an issue a few weeks back where it ended with me respectfully satisfied with the encounter. Happy tenant now that will continue to stay here my son and I

If I can give negative a billion stars I would. The property manager Asia seems to lack any kind of empathy. We received a notice that from we had to parallel park alongside our apartment building due to new paving in parking lot. Well all parking spots were taken and. Nowhere at all to parallel park. Maintenance told us to park at another buildings parking lot for the night all for half of our building vehicles to be towed overnight. The worst of the worst, Asia is only present at the end of the month to collect rent. Otherwise the office is closed and when they do answer believe me it is atrocious and full of attitude. Not to mention they will threaten you for the smallest things i.e making them do their job every negative comment is true save yourself the time
