Katherine is a phenomenally kind soul who has helped me through a devastating loss of a loved one. She's an amazing listener to the point she remembers things I've said several months prior! Since I started going to counseling last year my thoughts have calmed down a lot. I learned it was okay to feel the way I do and that things will get better. I hope more than anything that y'all get to meet Katherine too.

I've only been coming here for a short time, but as a neurodivergent I have never been in a waiting room that made me feel so safe. They have stickers, puzzles, fidgets, and lots of info about special needs and inclusive places/events in the community. I was really nervous switching to a new (to me) therapist that specializes in trauma, but Jacob is so kind and validating. All of the therapists there appear to be incredibly warm and inclusive. I was in need of their services but they did not specifically offer the type of service I needed. But they kindly reached out to tell me who does. And that’s more than I’ve received any where else.

I see Lauren for individual therapy and have for about 5 years now. I'm a therapist myself so I'm picky on who I see. Lauren is amazing! She's fully present and engaged. She asks helpful questions without pushing me in any direction. I see Katherine for EMDR services and they have been extremely helpful as well!
