I see Lauren for individual therapy and have for about 5 years now. I'm a therapist myself so I'm picky on who I see. Lauren is amazing! She's fully present and engaged. She asks helpful questions without pushing me in any direction. I see Katherine for EMDR services and they have been extremely helpful as well!
Wonderful people! The counselors here truly care. I highly recommend.
