This was definitely the worst experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Everything started great. The car was exactly what I was looking for. The only issue that the dealership pointed out was the hatch didn’t open because it had a bad latch. They promised to fix it so no big deal. I was told the part would be in in less than a week and I could get it taken care of when my tags came in so I didn’t have to make two trips out.
