Im so mad i had an apoint ment for fanancial i needed to get 2 approvals for 2 plans Cindy was the fanancial representative that helpt me she was so rude and only helpt me with 1 and made me come the next day to get the aproval for the second plan well i came as i was told and also calld because i had a miss call from the center since there was no massage left so went and was waitting for my appointment as requested and was there untill 11:30 am she came out and asked her when was i ganna get seen and Cindy was so rude and s... read more
I agree with a previous review; the clinic itself is a good place to go to but the lab technician (short, overweight, Caucasian female- sorry, I didn't get her name) cannot draw blood. Unfortunately nothing was done to rectify the situation as the previous negative review was left over half a year ago. I will have to request a printout of the lab order for my daughter's blood to be drawn elsewhere.
People here are so friendly and I love it,but I do have a concern with the lab technician Jodi because she can't draw blood correctly. She has to poke you a couple of times and sometimes you have to come back another time to try again. She poked my baby 3 times and wiggled the needle inside of her and still couldn't get a draw of blood.I request a nurse for the next appointment. I'm also a patient there and had get my blood drawing and was hoping not to get her and she was still there.She poked me twice and did the same thin... read more
I was treated here during my pregnancy. I reached out to Dr Coleman about My severe post partum depression and she told me to get some sleep and gave me a hotline number. I thought doctors were supposed to help you?
Suzanne Hanson is the nicest doctor I have ever had. She treated me during my pregnancy and afterwards for bc. She is nice caring compassionate and really cares about what you are going through. I wish she was a family doctor so I could go to her now that I am not pregnant.
