I had a lot of cosmetic and preventative dental work done over the last 8 months. The staff at 75th Dental are amazing - welcoming and knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain the details of procedures and answering all of my questions with patience - they eased my nerves and offered reassurance every step of the way. The office staff was friendly and efficient. Veronica remembers our names and checks us in quickly and we get seated immediately. Our Visit with the Dentist is always enjoyable. He says he always enjoys our visits.
From causing a period Dental abscess and almost $10,000 in medical bills to my teeth breaking in two days to having to fight with them about fixing a crown that they broke to chipping teeth to hearing multiple complaints while I’m in there I have no trust with these people and will not be returning I may have originally removed the original review, but I’m still pissed off enough to post another one and keep anyone else from getting butchered by these people, I should be suing them.
Always a great experience, clean office, excellent staff, excellent customer service!
