Despite what the description of this clinic tells you, this is NOT a walk in clinic. I called the number a couple times, there was no response. I arrived at the clinic only to be turned away. The lady stated that since COVID... 5 years ago! They are no longer a walk in clinic. It's only over the phone & at 9am they were "full" for the day. Not sure how a doctor is going to assess a sore throat over the phone anyways, but this clinic is useless, they're only taking up space for an actual clinic with in person patients. Horrible. Never answer their phone and why call a walk clinic that if you can’t walk in and need to book in advance. Stupid. Health care in Canada is the worst!!
