I've called 800 times in the last 7 days, not a SINGLE person has answered. Due to COVID 19? What a dirty, disgusting excuse. No respect for lazy healthcare workers who neglect patients in need. Answer your phones, I'll call 100 more times today!!
I love this clinic and the Doctors here. I wish they had their own practice. I would def want to be a patient. Sometimes they are hard to reach by phone, but I just keep dialing. . I would be totally lost without Dr. Hanson and Dr. Hughson Thank you.
I would call this place a "joke" if it was not dealing with people's healthcare... Do not waste your time on this place. I've been waiting over 6 months for paperwork to be filled out. Called about 100 times this morning looking for an update. Busy, busy, busy... Even when it rings no one answers and you cannot leave a voicemail. It does not matter if you call early like their message suggests. Covid is effectively over, open your doors for walk-in or close them for good! What a useless place.
Love Dr Hanson and Hughson. The last place I want to be is in a waiting room when I am sick. Tell them your symptoms and you either get meds or bloodwork that day. Had pneumonia around Christmas time and got antibiotics prescription sent to my pharmacy within hours. There is only one phone so be patient if you get busy signals. I've always gotten through. If you don't have a doctor I highly recommend. They had my file so it was like having a doctor. And I got a call on a Sunday once from Dr. Hanson to see how I was doing. I ... read more
