Love their service and I plan on using them again
I guess I thought getting both service and maintenance plans would be a good thing. I should have known Toyota was just too big at any location to make this a good experience. Checking in,'no you parked in the wrong place..go back and drive around to put your car in this specific lane' then stand in front of me while I do other computer work. I've only ever been in for oil changes, but they have always done a good job. I've known Jason in service for a long time, and he is always great to work with!
Update: The response from management to rectify the situation has been positive so far. There has been a slight improvement in communication as well. They do still need to figure out their car rental situation but was at least able to get a rental for a few days this time. ---------------------------- Interesting to see that other costumers have experienced the "we dont have a rental car" issue. In addition to that, they take forever to get your car finished. People have jobs, there's no possible way you "dont have a rental"... read more
I made my service appointment a month ago. Having to choose the earliest time I could get in the morning, 11am to only to be contacted. Then less than 24 hoirs before my appointment to be told that I would have to wait 2 to 3 hours if I kept my appointment. I was told that if I change my appointment 4 or later in the afternoon that they could possibly get me out in an hour. This is the perfect example of how the service at this dealer has went downhill dramatically over the last few years.
