Have had good experiences with Marysville Toyota for oil changes. Oil changes have been comparatively reasonably priced - not cheap, but so far not gouging in price. The waiting area is pleasant with self-serve coffee and some small snacks available. Tech representatives have been generally helpful and not egregiously upsold unnecessary maintenance and service at the service intervals. Love their service and I plan on using them again
I guess I thought getting both service and maintenance plans would be a good thing. I should have known Toyota was just too big at any location to make this a good experience. Checking in,'no you parked in the wrong place..go back and drive around to put your car in this specific lane' then stand in front of me while I do other computer work. I've only ever been in for oil changes, but they have always done a good job. I've known Jason in service for a long time, and he is always great to work with!
