I came in today to get my Corolla's E-brake switch replaced. Rachel Anderson, service advisor, did a great job in educating me about my car. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the problem and got it fixed quickly and on-time! I am very impressed with this dealerships' service department and you will be too !

Marysville Toyota is now a business where it’s difficult if not impossible to talk with a live human being. I’d rather wait a while on hold to talk with a human than talk with their AI robot, but they no longer provide that option. If you try to call them, the call goes straight to AI - an indication that their level of customer service is declining. Have previously had good experiences with Marysville Toyota for oil changes.
