They changed my oil and worked on my camera in my car. They did a nice job.

I am perplexed as to how this establishment has received any accolades, as their focus appears to be solely on financial gain rather than customer satisfaction. My attempts to contact them regarding my taillights were met with consistent unresponsiveness, necessitating an in-person visit after a month of waiting. I came in today to get my Corolla's E-brake switch replaced. Rachel Anderson, service advisor, did a great job in educating me about my car. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the problem and got it fixed quickly and on-time! I am very impressed with this dealerships' service department and you will be too !
