scammed my daughter on used tires!! stripped all her lug nuts and made her replace them. tires were junk and patched and won't balance. ruined her rims due to hammering the lug nuts off. then laughed at her when she complained. DON'T LET THESE AMATEURS WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE!!

While FRG claimed to repair foreign make cars, for every repair I was left with some other problem. First, battery problem was found to be non-existent but my radio reception was messed up. After 2nd repair, “check engine” appeared permanently on dash. After I told them about a previous problem with e-fuel, DA determined the problem was using efuel and returned my car without telling me that whatever had been done triggered the failure of security system: warning on the dash that SRS was no longer working. RecommendedAfter getting my truck serviced elsewhere and realizing that they did a poor job and took short cuts in repairing my truck, I went to Reis , who had my truck in a service stall within 5 minutes of my arrival. They diagnosed my major brake problem and made the proper recommendation while saving me a few $$$. I will be taking my truck to no other place than Reis. Ask for Duane, he was great to work with !
First hire competent mechanics that can put a wheel a lugs back on a car properly; 2. Don't try to scam people when there is someone that knows just as much about automobiles, but doesn't own an alignment machine; 3. Remember your in the "customer service" industry. You've failed miserably and I'll continue to tell people where NOT TO GO!
I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from beginning to end. It isn't easy to find a repair shop that I can trust, especially being a single woman but I have found one now! Thanks so much for the respectful, honest service! You have a new customer for life!
