Mary has been a friend and therapist to me for many years. At 71 years old, for me she's by far the best at what she does. She knows all the right spots, right pressure level, adjustments to any special needs you may have, always in a very pleasant and nurturing environment.
Mary is very intuitive as to what your body needs. Her studio very comfortable. She plays relaxing music and she has a table warmer that keeps you cozy while you're getting a massage. Highly recommend for sports injuries or pulled or tight muscles.
