Edit: 6 months later and a few big orders later. The best red meat I have ever had and that’s saying a lot, I’m old as dirt! The facility is very clean, organized, and modern! The store is simple and not overwhelming! Cashier available and attentive, but not overbearing. Nice selection of beef, chicken, and pork. We have only had T-bones so far, but they were delicious!
