Don't go here. I debated for a long time posting this - but ultimately decided the service I received was unacceptable. I was hoping this would be place might be a "Hole in the wall", but it actually turned out to be "holes in the wall". Upon arrival, the workers argued over who would do my service. I should have left then. The family that works here is rude and unprofessional. Twice, my chair was hit by them from behind. Once by a child, and once by an elderly woman. Neither apologized. I've been living here for many years. I've been to every nail place in Kona. This is the one I decided to keep coming back to. I like the people and the work. (Thanks Jen!) I'll update when I get my hair done some day cuz man, I’ve seen Tom do some beautiful haircuts and blow outs!
Martin cut my hair and also shaved my husband today. He is a great asset here. They also serve wine to patrons here.
