I have an event scheduled in Mary's in a few months. We have put down a $1000 deposit to hold the location. I have tried to contact them to finalize food options. I have emailed our Gather coordinator 10 times with no response. Mary's will not answer the phone, has a full mail box, and an inactive website. Now they have a sign indicating they are temporarily closed with no time table on return and no way to contact them. Nothing to get excited about. Outside dining on a beautiful day. Food was ok, service was acceptable.
ATTENTION!!!!! to anyone that has been affected by this closing. We have just been saved by the following venue: Lakeside Venue at Pioneer. So happy to have found an honest venue that has all the services we need for a successful event. We have posted contact information if you need help!!!!!
Truly don't understand how one can reserve this location for a rehearsal dinner AND put a security deposit in only to get RADIO SILENCE. How can someone think that is in any way acceptable to run a business? Luckily, we have time to reschedule our rehearsal dinner at a location that's willing to help us out but feel terribly for those who had upcoming events and are now stranded. The service was horrible, we had to approach the waiter to take our order after staring at him for over 20 minutes to grab his attention. Non apologetic, just straight to: what's your order? Placed order and no joke nearly 1 hour before we got the order, plenty of time to provide utensil and never did. Had to ask for utensil after 10 minutes of waiting with our plates served.
