We love our house and our neighborhood. David Edwards and Damian Golec have been great to work with.
based on my experience with the home, I would personally not recommend purchasing a D.R. Horton house. The quality of the construction and materials did not meet my expectations. Very Disappointing Experience with D.R. Horton I would not recommend D.R. Horton based on my experience purchasing a home from them. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with both the builder and the sales experience. I especially want to mention our experience with the sales agent, Deda Tolbert. In my experience, she was very friendly and helpful at first, but when it came to important issues, I felt that our interests as buyers were not being properly respected.
Greedy developer that keeps plowing down our forests and destroying animals homes
We had an amazing experience working with Deda Tolbert. From the very beginning, Deda was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She was always available to answer our questions, explain every step of the process, and make us feel comfortable and confident throughout our home -buying journey. We truly appreciate all of her hard work and support. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about her clients, I highly recommend Deda Tolbert. Thank you for everything!
