Pros: They got me in quickly and the pedicure itself was pretty good. Cons: The technician was pushing upsells way, way too hard. She continued to push even when I said “no” and she tried to shame me for not adding services. She was relentless. The kicker…I specifically told her on multiple occasions, “I want the regular pedicure, not deluxe and I want regular polish, not shellac.” At the end of my pedicure, she ran my card and when I went to sign, I saw on my receipt that she charged me for a deluxe pedicure. very bad got ingrown's and cellulitis along with them using MMA products which are very illegal very unprofessional.
