Poor customer service. They only want your money! They gave me something I didn't ask for, and then charged me extra for it. I said I wanted a basic manicure and pedicure at the time of appointment. I picked 2 regular OPI bottles of polish when I got there. Then the lady gave me a plastic board with sample colors on it and told me to pick from the board. My fiance Michele is a regular customer of Mary's Nails. Last visit she asked for pink nails on both hands and feet. She didn't realize it until after they started, she let it go as a mistake. This last visit she asked fir pink again and this time she got pink toe nails and purple finger nails. Michele is too nice to ask them to correct it and Tiffany the person doing the colors didn't offer to correct the mistake. Took over 3 hours for a gel manicure and pedicure with NO designs, then proceeded to charge me $120. I gave her a $20 and asked for 15 back and she kept the whole thing even after I repeatedly asked for it back so technically it was $140! For just gel nail polish! To top it off, the gel fell off after literally 1 week so the whole thing was just a waste of time and money. Will not be going back, do your research ladies, there are much nicer salons out there.
I live in New Orleans and the place I normally get my daughters nails done in the city was booked. We took a chance coming to Mary’s nails but we were so pleasantly surprised. She wanted a very particular nail design and these ladies delivered. They took their time, color matched, and did her nails better than she had even envisioned. Needless to say we will be coming to Belle Chasse to get her nails done from now on.
